Pinion Shaft and Bull Gear for Triplex Mud Pump Power End

Eastland's crank shafts are precision machined, ground and highly polished from high tensile strength forged and casted steel blanks. Precise and accurate balancing guarantees extended serice life of the rotating assembly.

Crosshead and crosshead guide are made of ASTM A48-83meehanite featuring good abrasion resistance and long service life. Besides F-500 mud pump that is cylindrical structure, upper and lower guide structures are used for other mud pumps, so that the concentricity can be adjusted by adding space under the lower guide.

Pinion shaft is made of forged alloy steel, on which a herringbone gear with the medium-hard teeth surface is machined. For easy maintenance, single row radical cylindrical roller bearing with double ribbed outer ring is used. The pinion shaft ends are prolonged so that sheave or sprocket can be mounted on either end.

Eastland's gear are precision cut from casting or forgings,depending on gear application, to OEM specifications for exact interchangeablility and extended service life.
